I was finally reunited with my amazing friend, Kara, as soon as I got back to Chiang Mai. The next morning we threw some clothes and bags in the car and off we went to the small town of Pai. We were so happy to have her lovely mom drive us all the way up there and back. It was a quick, but treasured time, with the two of them. I loved every second of our trip.
